Easter Baskets
So this year for Easter, I made three different Easter baskets. They all contained some similar items, but they were all a little different. Check them out below.
So we invited Brad’s parents and brother’s family over for Easter weekend. So I decided to make my nieces small Easter baskets. I bought all of the items in it from Target, including the basket. Target put out all of their Easter goodies for the dollar spot early March, so I made these a while back. I wanted to be sure and scoop all the good stuff before everyone bought it up! Unfortunately his family was unable to come to visit, but I still took the baskets to his family’s while we were there for Spring Break so that they girls could still have them. They each contained a nail polish set, M&Ms, princess bandaids, bath time paint, and bubbles.
My best friend and I have always given each of our girls baskets for Easter, so this year was no different. Lydia’s basket contained very similar items to my nieces, but it also had a few extra things. I also added some sidewalk chalk, a jump rope, Paw Patrol bubbles, and a shirt that I made.
Next up was the big basket, Melody’s! Our rule of thumb is that everything has to fit in the basket. It is usually hard because I can get carried away, but it worked out! We use the same basket every year. A lot of the things are the same as our nieces and even Lydia’s, but I added some more stuff too. We had a cute Little Mermaid Little People set we found at HomeGoods a while back (it was Melody’s favorite of all the things!). We also added in some sunglasses, a Peppa Pig blind box, and a cute Barbie accessory.
