Baked Shrimp
So we had about half a bag of shrimp in our freezer that I decided we needed to cook. I wanted to bake it, and I found a super easy recipe online to do that. I used far too much sauce simply because I didn’t have enough shrimp, but it still tasted great and was easy to make.
Ingredients
1 1/4 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup of butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
1. Place shrimp in a baking dish.
2. Melt butter with garlic. Stir in lemon juice.
3. Pour butter mixture over shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper. Toss.
4. Bake at 350 for around 10 minutes.
5. Serve with parsley.
