Parmesan Fish
We really don't make fish often enough. I forget to buy it, and just don’t always think about it. And we do make it, I am always trying new recipes like this one! It was really good and gave it something extra by having the breading.
Ingredients
3 tilapia filets
1/3 cup of parmesan
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the milk, egg, and butter. In another bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
2. Dip the fish into the butter mixture. Then cover it in the bread crumb mixture. Place onto a greased baking sheet. Continue for all three pieces.
3. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 425.
4. Serve!
