Blue Milk

Blue Milk

Blue Milk.jpg

As a surprise for Star Wars Day (aka May 4th), I wanted to make Brad some blue milk like at Walt Disney World. We loved the blue milk, not the green milk so much. I found a lot of different recipes online, but this was also in the middle of difficult times to find unique things during grocery pickup. So I improvised one of the recipes with what I could find. It isn’t perfect by any means, but it is fairly close enough for us!

Ingredients (this makes 2 small cups or 1 large cup)

  • 1 cup of rice milk

  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 packet of dragonfruit flavoring

  • a few drops of blue food coloring

Instructions

1. In a blender, mix together all of the ingredients except the food coloring. We also added some ice to give it a more icy consistency, but that is your call.

2. Add food coloring until you get the color you want.

3. Serve!
