Pizza Bowls
I found this recipe on the Home Chef website. I modified it some to fit better within Noom and to lower the carb count for Brad. It turned out delicious, and it is definitely a recipe we will make again. What is nice is you can adjust all the ingredients to toppings you prefer and customize it for whoever you are making it for!
Ingredients (enough for two servings)
Pepperoni
1 cup cooked pasta
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
Mixed peppers
Onions
1/2 cup favorite marinara sauce
1- 2 cups spinach
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 teaspoon salt
Any other favorite pizza toppings!
Instructions
1. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray (we used two smaller ones to make them custom for each of us, and we had leftovers). Cover the bottom with spinach. Top with cream cheese, marinara, peppers, onions, and salt. Bake at 375 for around 10 minutes (you want the peppers and onions tender).
2. Add pasta, pepperoni, a pinch of salt, and stir to combine. Top with mozzarella. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
3. Serve!
