Cranberry Fluff

Cranberry Fluff

So I absolutely love this side dish as the holidays. I actually never had it until my first holidays with Brad’s family. I have never tried to make it at home because I would be the only person to eat it. But this year I did make it for my family at Christmas. And while they tried it, my mom prefers traditional cranberry sauce (from a can of course) and no one else is a fan. But it was great, so I wanted to share.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of cranberries (thaw if using frozen)

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained

  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Chop cranberries using a food processors. Move to a bowl and mix with sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. Add pineapple and marshmallows. Mix.

3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold cream into the cranberry mixture. Serve!
