Crockpot Shrimp Scampi
My Noom Goal Specialist shared this recipe with me a while back. I love shrimp scampi, and this is such an easier way to make it by using your crockpot!
Ingredients
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white cooking wine
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 pound raw shrimp, peeled, deveined
Instructions
1. Combine broth, wine, butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper inside of crockpot. Add shrimp and cover. Cook on low for 2.5 hours.
2. Serve!
