Doc McStuffins Party Favors
I went back and forth on what favors I was going to do for Melody’s 6th birthday party which was Doc McStuffins themed. I wanted to do Hershey kisses since they are Melody’s favorites. The thought was “Kisses for your Boo Boos”. But I found some Doc McStuffin stickers, and I decided to expand the idea.
To start with, I needed a bag. I thought about coming up with a doctor’s bag using the white boxes below, but I knew that would take a lot of time for something so unimportant. So I opted for simple, small white bags.
I found these mini dot stickers on Etsy for super cheap. I also got Hershey kisses in the perfect color scheme back during Valentine’s Day. The problem was the kisses had conversation heart style wording on the bottom. So the stickers covered them perfectly.
I also bought some crayon bandaids (I knew boys were coming, so I hated to do Doc McStuffin ones). Then I found Doc McStuffin stickers from Oriental Trading as well as dum dums.
I made a cute tag to put on each bag. Once I cut the tags, I found the pink did not work well, so I cut some purple cardstock to attach it to.
Then I tied it on the bag with some coordinating curling ribbon.
I placed the favors on the gift table in some white trays from our wedding escort cards. And I actually remembered to hand them out this year. Yet somehow we still came home with too many, ha!
