Pudding Dessert

On Mother's Day night we were looking for a super easy dessert to make.  I had a few things in the pantry, so I did some googling.  I found a pudding dessert recipe.  I did not use even half of the ingredients that it called for, but I did use the ones I had and wanted.  Check out my variation below.

Ingredients

• 1 container of Cool Whip
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
• 2 cups of milk

Instructions

1. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.

2. Add the sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice and whip until stiff.

3. Mix the vanilla pudding mix and milk in a separate bowl and let sit for two minutes.

4. Fold the pudding into the whipped cream mixture. 

5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
