Tilapia with Lemon-Parsley Sauce
This is a pretty quick and easy recipe that you likely have the ingredients for already! You can swap out the fish if you aren’t a fan of tilapia too. And it’s healthy - approximately 140 calories!
Ingredients
2 tilapia filets
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons of parsley (dried)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together water, lemon juice, and flour.
2. heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add fish. Top with salt and parsley. Add lemon-flour mixture and let simmer with a lid for about 8 minutes or until fish is cooked.
3. Serve!
