Grilled Corn
So for July 4th, we bought corn to grill along with our smoked ribs and potato. Well we were out of aluminum foil, and I didn’t realize this until right before needing to cook it. So I attempted a new method…grilling the corn in the husks.
Ingredients
Corn on the cob with the husks
Butter
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. Pull back the husks of the corn but not take them off. Clean the corn of the strings. Cover with butter, salt and pepper. Then replace the husks.
2. Grill for 15-20 minutes. It should look pretty charred, but the corn should not be burnt.
3. Remove the husks and eat!
