Bisquick Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
So I usually take the lazy way out and buy these biscuit mixes pre-made from the store. They are $1, you add milk or water, and all done. But I don’t always think about getting them, so I also make them from scratch on occasion.
Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
pinch of garlic powder
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the bisquick, milk, and cheese until a soft dough forms. Place spoonfuls onto a greased pan. I can usually get about 6 biscuits from this, but it depends on how big or small you want them.
2. Bake in the oven at 450 for 8-10 minutes. Melt butter while baking. Stir in garlic powder.
3. Remove biscuits from oven and brush with garlic butter. Serve.
