Old Bay Shrimp
So I found this recipe on the Noom app. It has become one of our favorite recipes to make when the weather is nice enough to grill. If you like shrimp, you will like this!
Ingredients
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons EVOO
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
8 ounces of cubed pineapple
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. In a bowl mix together the garlic, Old Bay seasoning, EVOO, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
2. Thread the shrimp, bell pepper, and pineapple onto skewers. We sometimes use other vegetables since Brad doesnβt like pineapple.
3. Cook on a grill on medium heat for roughly 7-10 minutes, flipping once. You want the shrimp to turn pink.
4. Serve with fresh squeezed lime.
