Bunny Mask
The bunny mask is the last of my Easter specific crafts, I think. These last two weeks have been full of Easter and spring crafts. And there are definitely some more spring crafts to come, and even a fun after-Easter craft next week too! What is kind of neat about this craft is you can do this with a variety of animals too.
So to start the craft, you need to take a paper plate and cut out the inner circle. This will give you the insert for your face in the mask. I then cut out two ears from regular printer paper. A small and a big one for each ear. So what I did specifically is I left the large ear white, and I let Melody color the small ear pink. Looking back, I know she isnβt the biggest fan of coloring, so I should have just made the smaller ear out of pink construction paper. So you do whatever works best for you.
After we colored the ears, we glued them together, then glued them to the plate.
Next up were the whiskers. I used a piece of black construction paper for these and cut them into strips.. I then took them and wrapped them around the pencil on the ends. This gave it a curled look. Then I glued each one of the side of the plate.
The last thing I had to do myself. This was hot glueing the popsicle stick to the bottom. Melody hates the hot glue.
And it is now complete! It was probably one of our quicker crafts.
