I discovered these “yoat” bowls on Instagram a few months ago. It took me a bit to perfect mine, but I thought I would share!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 container of greek yogurt

  • Mix ins (See below for some of my favorites)

Instructions

Combine the oats and milk. Microwave 90 seconds. Remove and add the yogurt and mix ins. Mix and eat!

So here are some of my fruity options. I used frozen fruit that I microwaved for about 5 seconds to thaw some. I also topped with sprinkles, granola (birthday cake flavor), caramel, peanut butter, and a chocolate candy.

Below are some of my sweeter options without fruit. I use caramel, whipped cream, sprinkles, candy, granola.
