Twice Baked Potatoes
These are very classic, but also often forgotten about. We love them, and it help keep us from eating an entire potato! I really did just wing it when it came to the ingredients, so adjust according to your preferences. But I am listing about what I used.
Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
1 baked potato
2-3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon onions
3/4 cup cheese
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the potato however you prefer. The oven works best. Then split it in half.
2. Spoon out the inside of the potatoes keeping the shell of the potato intact. Place inside of a mixing bowl and add milk, sour cream, butter, onions, 1/2 cup cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together.
3. Add back to the potato shell and top with remaining cheese.
4. Bake for around 15 minutes at 375. Serve!
