Silhouette Cameo Projects Part Four

It has been a while since I have posted all of my new Silhouette Cameo projects. Over the last year, I have made a lot of shirts, some onesies, and a lot more things. Below are some of the things I have made that I haven’t already posted about within all of my other blog posts!

Disney Stroller Tag

Well I am back with another Disney stroller tag, ha! This time it is from our trip in October. Melody and I went with my mom on a work trip. We only spent two days at the park itself, but we did spend time at both Disney Springs and Port Orleans French Quarter. So we did get a lot of use out of it. So much use, it was all torn up by the end of the trip.

Onesie Banner

One of the pieces of decor I used at Emily’s baby shower was a onesie banner. I placed the banner over my fireplace, and it was sort of a centerpiece to the living room where everyone would be sitting. I made the onesies using my Silhouette Cameo of course.

Paw Patrol Birthday Banner

Emily did a Paw Patrol themed birthday party for Lydia’s third birthday. I helped her out by making a few items using my Silhouette Cameo machine. One of which was a Happy Birthday banner. I used the Paw Patrol font for “Happy Birthday”. Then I made shields with the number 3 on each side. It was simple yet super cute!

Teacher Gifts

So let it be known (and I am almost certain every mom agrees), May is the worst month of the year! In addition to the normal end of school year craziness, there is Melody’s birthday, our anniversary, Mother’s Day, and the list goes on. So to add to this I had to come up with end of year gifts for her two preschool teachers, her three dance teachers, and I wanted to send something to all of the teachers at her preschool (there are only 9). I didn’t go as crafty as I did for Christmas (preschool and dance), but I did make a few homemade gifts to go along with the gift cards I bought!

Easter Baskets

So this year for Easter, I made three different Easter baskets. They all contained some similar items, but they were all a little different. Check them out below.

2019 Disney Shirts

As you can probably tell from my other blog posts, we have become the family that wears matching shirts, ha! Ever since I got a Silhouette Cameo, we have taken full advantage of this. We have made shirts for Disney, conventions, just because. Well we debated what kind of shirts to do for our trip in February to Disney. We ended up going a different route than the shirts we’ve done in the past. We opted to make shirts of our favorite ride in Epcot, Living with the Land.

Silhouette Cameo Projects Part Three

So here is part three to my Silhouette Cameo projects (here you can find parts one and two).  I have made lots of things for Melody for school, finally decided to add some vinyl to some clothes I have had for a while, made some Disney shirts, and some Christmas bags!  {I have made a lot more with my machine, but I try not to duplicate things.  So if I have spoken about it in a previous post, I did not include it}  Check it all out below.

Teacher Gifts

Since this is Melody’s first year of preschool, it is also the first year I have to do teacher gifts. I went back and forth with a lot of options I found on Pinterest, but I ultimately decided to do something similar to the dance teacher gifts. Instead of mason jars, I opted for mason jar cups. Since it was a cup, I decided to do their first initial instead of something Christmas related. Lastly, I include a gift card to a local bakery.

Dance Teacher Gifts

This is Melody’s first year in dance. And since Christmas is during the dance year, I wanted to do a small gift for her teachers. She has one teacher and two assistants. For Christmas, I decided to get them all the same gift. One of the assistants is a boy, so I had to keep that in mind when deciding on a gift to give. I also wanted something that representing dance in some way. This made things really difficult. But I fell back to a super easy gift of chocolate. Chocolate works for all genders and most people like it. So I knew I wanted to do something like that. I had found some cute ideas with mason jars that made the jar look like a reindeer. Well that was a bit too much work for me. So instead, I played off the idea of mason jars, and I decided to decorate them with vinyl using my Silhouette Cameo. See how I did it below (oh, and this could easily be done without a Silhouette!).

Disney Shirts

For our trip to Disney in December, I made all of us different shirts to wear on certain days of our trip.  For one day, we each one wanted to do different family shirts.  In addition, we made the girls shirts to wear on another day.  Check them out below.

Baby Sprinkle Onesies

Since I have a Silhouette Cameo and a heat press, I thought it was only fitting to make a few onesies for my sister-in-law's baby sprinkle that I hosted at my mother-in-law's house.  My MIL's house has a fireplace as soon as you walk in.  Ok-not literally as soon as you walk in, but you see it as soon as you walk in.  Anyhow, I knew this would be the perfect place to hang a few onesies.

Halloween 2017

Just like last year, we decided to do family costumes for Halloween.  One day we put Melody's hair in pigtails, and that is when it hit Brad...let's dress her up as Boo from Monsters Inc.  Brad and I planned to dress as Mike and Sulley.  I bought our shirts from Hobby Lobby.  We decide who would be who based on the fact they did not have my size in the blue shirt, ha!  I bought purple heat transfer vinyl, and I had blue, white and black HTV at home.  I used the Silhouette Cameo to make our shirts.
