I found this recipe on Noom, and we really enjoyed it. If you want to find a healthier fry, this is definitely it. And it is green on Noom!
I am always looking for new and quick lunch ideas. Well we eat out every single Thursday due to Melody’s standing food therapy appointment. I get really tired of eating out at the same place every week. Especially since they have such a limited menu. So one week I only got their grilled chicken tenders, then I came home and whipped up a quick and delicious stir fry. I bought some frozen chicken too to have on hand to use when we don’t eat out.
I found this recipe on the Home Chef website. I modified it some to fit better within Noom and to lower the carb count for Brad. It turned out delicious, and it is definitely a recipe we will make again. What is nice is you can adjust all the ingredients to toppings you prefer and customize it for whoever you are making it for!
This salmon has become a favorite of mine. It is so quick and easy, I have found myself making it for lunch and throwing it on top of a salad. I buy frozen salmon and just thaw it when I need it. It is also a great recipe in terms of Noom.
So I absolutely love this side dish as the holidays. I actually never had it until my first holidays with Brad’s family. I have never tried to make it at home because I would be the only person to eat it. But this year I did make it for my family at Christmas. And while they tried it, my mom prefers traditional cranberry sauce (from a can of course) and no one else is a fan. But it was great, so I wanted to share.
I love egg salad, but I have never found a great recipe to make my own. I have tried, but it is either too dry or too much mayonnaise. I also don’t care for egg salad on bread. I mean it is ok, but I really like it on salad. I get it often from Chicken Salad Chick. I saw this egg salad recipe on Instagram, and the user also used bell peppers instead of bread or salad. I decided to give it a try. It has become new item added to my weekly lunch rotations. It is super quick to make (and prep), and it is really healthy.
I found this recipe from Noom’s app. We love scallops and just don’t cook them often. This recipe is exceptionally easy and foolproof.
I made this donut holes early during the pandemic for Melody. I actually did it because I went to Dunkin’ Donuts and they didn’t have any powdered donuts (regular or munchkin). I had this recipe tucked away for a while, so it was the perfect opportunity to use it.
We make quite a bit of fish, so it is nice to find new recipes. This one has a slight kick, but you can reduce or remove the crushed red pepper if you want.
This is another Noom recipe that I found both Brad and I really like. I changed the original recipe up some by doing it in muffin tins, and I prefer not using the tomatoes. So I add those in within the muffin tins to keep them out of mine. This is great reheated too.
I love sausage balls, but between the pork (I am allergic) and bisquick (not great with Noom) it isn’t the best option for me. But with some research and creativity I found a great alternative - whole wheat turkey sausage balls!
This is another Noom recipe that I have adjusted each time I make it to work with whatever ingredients I have on hand. It is delicious and gives you another egg option if you love eggs like me!
These buffalo chicken bites are a great fix if you are wanting to eat healthy, but miss things like buffalo wings. I found these on the Noom app, and I adjusted the recipe to fit our preferences.
This is another recipe I found on Noom. It isn’t that much different than our ordinary asparagus, but it does add a little bit of change.
So I found this recipe on the Noom app. It has become one of our favorite recipes to make when the weather is nice enough to grill. If you like shrimp, you will like this!
I found this recipe during one of my lessons on Noom. It is quite simple, and I should have thought of it sooner to be honest. I make this several times a week. It is all green on the Noom system and it is so quick.
As I have mentioned many times, Melody loves chocolate chip cookies, but she hates any I ever make. So anytime I see a new, good looking recipe to try, I try it. These were by far my favorite of all that I have made. They are HUGE. But Melody still prefers Chips Ahoy!
When I first started Noom, I was trying to find an alternative to potato chips. I love them. They were a go to snack for me. Since I have been on Noom for about 5 weeks, my desire isn’t as strong for chips. However, I did find an alternative that is “green” on their scale. I now make my own tortilla chips. This is great since salsa too is green. Everyone that tries them love them too. Even if you are not doing Noom, they are a great alternative to traditional tortilla chips.
I started Noom back in the middle of October (I will go into that more later). I found this recipe on their app. I was hesitant due to the cauliflower, but you actually cannot taste it.
